Ingredients:-
1. 3/4 cup pineapple, cubed
2. 1/2 cup frozen mango
3. 3/4 cup vanilla soya milk
4. 3 Tbsp low-fat cottage cheese
5. 1/4 tsp unsweetened coconut flakes.
6. 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
Method:-
1. Blend 3/4 cup pineapple,
cubed; 1/2 cup frozen mango; 3/4 cup vanilla soya milk;
and 3 Tbsp low-fat cottage cheese. Garnish with
1/4 tsp unsweetened coconut flakes.
