pinki Badam Thandai

Badam Thandai :-




Ingredients:-

1. 20 almonds
 2. 2 tsp poppy seeds
3. 1 tsp aniseeds
4. 4 c skimmed milk
5. 1 tsp melon seeds
6. 1 tsp cardamom (all finely ground)
7. 1 Tbsp rose petals dried and coarsely crushed
8. 1 tsp almond slivers, sugar to taste

Method:-

1. Boil milk and allow to cool.

2. Keep aside.Add all the ground ingredients and mix well.

3. Refrigerate the mix for an hour, strain through a sieve, add sugar and garnish with almond slivers.

4. Serve chilled.
